The high-pressure inert gas cavity is communicated with a gap between inner and outer sealing rings of the sealing assembly. The pressure of gas in the high-pressure inert gas cavity is greater than that of a conveying medium in the rotating joint. And the gas supply system is communicated with the high-pressure inert gas cavity and supplies gas to the high-pressure inert gas cavity. On the basis of an original rotary joint sealing structure, external pressurization sealing measures are taken, the requirements of a sealing piece and a sealing opposite grinding face can be lowered, the precision of the whole device can be lowered, and machining is easy; and in addition, for media with extremely high escaping performance, the media can be effectively prevented from escaping out of the device, and the reliability and the ocean adaptability of the single-point mooring rotary joint medium conveying device are improved.
本发明公开了一种单点系泊旋转接头介质输送装置,包括上筒体、下筒体、密封组件、高压惰性气腔和供气系统。其中,上筒体和下筒体连接处设置有轴承,上筒体和下筒体间在轴承作用下可相互旋转。密封组件设置在上筒体和下筒体之间。高压惰性气腔与密封组件内外密封圈间的间隙连通。高压惰性气腔内部气体压力大于旋转接头内部输送介质的压力。供气系统与高压惰性气腔连通,为高压惰性气腔供气。本发明在原有旋转接头密封结构的基础上外部增压密封措施,可以降低密封件及密封对磨面的要求和整个装置的精度,易于加工;另对于逃逸性极强的介质,本发明可有效避免其向装置以外逃逸,提高了单点系泊旋转接头介质输送装置的可靠性和海洋适应性。
