The invention provides a height limiter anomaly detection method and a safety monitoring method of a crane, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. The problem that safe use of the crane cannot be reliably guaranteed in the prior art is solved. The height limiter anomaly detection method comprises the steps of monitoring a current signal when a height limiter is used, recording and generating working current data; matching the working current data with preset reference data, and obtaining a matching result according to the matching degree of the working current data and the preset reference data; and according to a matching result, preliminarily determining abnormal working current data and defining the abnormal working current data as target feature data, then judging whether the height limiter is abnormal or not based on the target feature data, and outputting a detection result. The invention further provides a safety monitoring method of the crane. The abnormity of the height limiter can be accurately monitored, and the use safety of the crane is improved.

    本发明提供了一种高度限位器异常检测方法及起重机的安全监测方法,属于工程机械技术领域。它解决了现有的技术对于起重机的安全使用仍无法得到可靠保障的问题。本高度限位器异常检测方法包括:对高度限位器使用时的电流信号进行监测并记录生成工作电流数据;将工作电流数据与预设的参照数据进行匹配,根据两者的匹配程度获得匹配结果;根据匹配结果,初步确定存在异常的工作电流数据并将其定义为目标特征数据,再基于所述目标特征数据判断高度限位器是否存在异常并输出检测结果。本发明还提出了一种起重机的安全监测方法。本发明能够准确监测高度限位器的异常,提高起重机使用的安全性。
