The invention relates to the field of lifting tools, in particular to a lifting tool for an outer ring of a super-huge tapered roller bearing. The lifting appliance for the outer ring of the super-huge tapered roller bearing comprises a lifting seat and clamping jaws detachably and fixedly arranged on the lifting seat, each clamping jaw comprises a mounting part used for being fixedly arranged on the lifting seat, each clamping jaw further comprises a lifting part used for being matched with the inner conical surface of the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing in a stopping mode, and a supporting surface is arranged on each lifting part. Due to the fact that the lifting part is provided with the supporting face, the supporting face abuts against the inner conical face of the outer ring in the using process, the lifting part is matched with the inner conical face of the outer ring located on the upper portion in the lifting process, and the lifting base and the clamping jaw are detachably fixed, so that the clamping jaw freely stretches into the inner conical face of the outer ring and then the position of the clamping jaw is fixed. Therefore, the problem that in the prior art, in the hoisting process, threaded holes need to be formed in the end face of the outer ring of the bearing, so that the bearing capacity and the performance of the bearing are adversely affected is solved.

    本发明涉及起吊工具领域,尤其涉及一种用于特大型圆锥滚子轴承外圈的吊具。用于特大型圆锥滚子轴承外圈的吊具包括起吊座和可拆固定设置在起吊座上的卡爪,每个卡爪均包括用于固定设置在起吊座上的安装部,卡爪还包括用于与圆锥滚子轴承的外圈内锥面止挡配合的起吊部,起吊部上设置有支撑面。由于起吊部上设置有支撑面,在使用时抵接在外圈的内锥面上,进而使得在起吊时起吊部对位于上方的外圈的内锥面进行配合,且起吊座和卡爪可拆固定使得卡爪自由伸入到外圈的内锥面之后再固定卡爪的位置,进而解决了现有技术中在吊运的过程中,需要在轴承外圈的端面开设螺纹孔导致的对轴承的承载能力以及本身性能造成不利影响的问题。
