A left fixing piece and a right fixing piece are arranged at intervals, and the upper side and the lower side of the left fixing piece and the upper side and the lower side of the right fixing piece are sleeved with a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft respectively. A hinge mechanism is rotationally connected between the left fixing piece and the right fixing piece and comprises a left hinge piece and a right hinge piece, the right hinge piece is arranged on the first connecting shaft in a sleeving mode, and the left hinge piece and the right hinge piece are rotationally arranged around the first connecting shaft. A back locking mechanism is arranged between the left fixing sheet and the right fixing sheet for locking; and a fitting mechanism fixed on the ship is also arranged between the left fixing sheet and the right fixing sheet. The back locking structure is reasonable in structure, small in occupied space and suitable for the electric outboard motor.
