The battery pack has the advantages that reliable heat dissipation of the battery pack is realized, and a special cooling source does not need to be arranged for the battery; the front cross beam, the two longitudinal beams and the rear cross beam serve as supports and are matched with the battery pack cover plate and the battery pack mounting plate to form a mounting cavity wrapping the battery pack, the battery pack can be protected, the longitudinal beams, the front cross beam and the rear cross beam can provide a reliable supporting effect and an anti-collision effect, and the safety of the battery pack is protected.

    本发明公开了一种电动车的车体底架结构,包括两根间隔设置的纵梁,两根纵梁的两端分别跨接设有前横梁和后横梁,前横梁、两根纵梁和后横梁围合形成的电池包安装空腔,电池包安装空腔的底部设有电池包安装板,电池腔安装空腔的顶部设有电池包盖板,纵梁内部设有液冷管道,纵梁朝向电池板安装空腔的一侧设有对应液冷管道的散热翅板,液冷管道连通电动物流车的制冷系统。本发明的好处是实现电池包的可靠散热,无需为电池配备专门的冷却源;前横梁、两根纵梁和后横梁作为支撑,配合电池包盖板和电池包安装板,形成了一个包覆电池包的安装空腔,能够保护电池包,纵梁、前横梁和后横梁提供可靠的支撑作用和防撞作用,保护电池包的安全性。
