The method comprises the following steps: determining a position parameter of a vehicle at a current moment relative to a previous moment of the current moment; acquiring at least one current transformation point of the own vehicle at the current moment and a to-be-operated historical transformation point of the own vehicle at the previous moment; obtaining a target historical transformation point based on the position parameter and the to-be-operated historical transformation point; and fitting the target historical transformation point and the at least one current transformation point to obtain a rear lane line for the own vehicle. In this way, the rear lane line of the vehicle can be accurately predicted.
