The power battery is divided into two battery packs, and the serial connection position between the first battery pack and the second battery pack is electrically connected with a three-phase winding of the driving motor; all phases of windings of a three-phase winding of the driving motor are connected with the IGBT bridge arms, the three IGBT bridge arms are connected with the first capacitor in parallel, the first capacitor is connected with the two ends of a power battery in parallel, the three-phase winding, the IGBT bridge arms and the first capacitor form a three-phase inverter circuit, and the three-phase inverter circuit is connected with the power battery. And the direct current output by the first battery pack or the second battery pack circularly charges and discharges the power battery through the three-phase inverter circuit, so that the self-heating of the power battery is realized. The energy utilization efficiency can be improved, and the heating cost of the power battery is reduced.
