The invention discloses an Internet of Things integrated AGV intelligent charging system which comprises a machine body, a fixing frame is fixed to the front side of the machine body, an electric sliding rail is installed on one side of the fixing frame, a sliding block is installed on one side of the electric sliding rail, and a movable plate is fixed to one side of the sliding block. According to the Internet of Things integrated AGV intelligent charging system, through cooperative use of the electric sliding rail, the sliding block, the movable plate, the mounting base, the charging head and a spring, when an AGV body is charged, according to different heights of charging ports of the AGV body, the device can drive the movable plate to slide by turning on a switch of the electric sliding rail, and then the height of the charging head can be adjusted; the height of the charging head is the same as the height of the charging port of the AGV body, so that charging of AGV bodies of different models is facilitated, and when the charging head is inserted into the charging port of the AGV body, a buffering effect can be achieved through the spring, and the situation that the charging head is broken due to too large impact force is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种物联网集成AGV智能充电系统,包括机体,所述机体的前侧固定有固定架,所述固定架的一侧安装有电动滑轨,所述电动滑轨的一侧安装有滑块,所述滑块的一侧固定有活动板;该一种物联网集成AGV智能充电系统,通过电动滑轨、滑块、活动板、安装座、充电头和弹簧的配合使用,在对AGV车体进行充电时,根据AGV车体充电口高度的不同,该装置可以通过打开电动滑轨的开关,带动活动板进行滑动,进而能够调节充电头的高度,使充电头的高度与AGV车体充电口的高度相同,这样有利于对不同型号的AGV车体进行充电,且充电头在插入到AGV车体充电口内部时,通过弹簧能够起到缓冲效果,避免冲击力过大而导致充电头断裂。
