The present invention provides a sealing structure of an active weather strip, arranged to mount a nozzle resin member in an air injection hole connected to an air chamber formed inside the weather strip in the form of a closed ring, and an air control module connected to the nozzle resin member through an air hose. According to the present invention, in response to a traveling situation of a vehicle, air is injected into or discharged from an air chamber inside a weather strip through an air control module to adjust a reaction force of the weather strip, thereby improving door opening and closing properties and minimizing inflow of wind sound while maintaining airtightness even at high pressure.
