The anti-offset constant-voltage constant-current output compensation structure comprises a voltage-stabilizing direct-current power supply, a full-bridge inverter circuit, a synchronous rectification circuit, a primary side compensation structure, a primary side transmitting coil, a secondary side receiving coil, a secondary side compensation structure and an equivalent load, two compensation structures are combined by switching off the switch to select different resonator devices, the first compensation structure has a load-independent constant current output characteristic, the second compensation structure has a load-independent constant voltage output characteristic, and the constant voltage and constant current are switched through the switch. The system works in a constant-current output mode at the initial charging stage of small equivalent resistance of the battery, when the equivalent resistance of the battery is gradually increased, the system works in a constant-voltage output mode, and when the primary transmitting coil and the secondary receiving coil deviate, the system works in a constant-voltage output mode. The voltage and the current can still keep the same voltage and the current in alignment within a certain range, and when the voltage and the current exceed the certain range, the system can still keep stable automatically, and the performance is stable.
