The invention provides a method for realizing remote FPV remote control and picture live broadcast, a server and a storage medium, and relates to the field of Internet, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring an electroencephalogram signal instruction of a user through a brain wave receiving device, and controlling an FPV remote control object according to the electroencephalogram signal instruction; after a live broadcast picture acquired by the FPV remote control object through image acquisition equipment is received, performing high-definition coding processing on the live broadcast picture by applying an ST2110 standard to obtain a high-definition live broadcast picture; by implementing the method, the user can control the FPV remote control object to perform complex and continuous actions through the brain wave receiving equipment.
