The invention provides an aero-engine exhaust temperature warning system, and belongs to the technical field of avionics. Specifically, the processor is used for receiving a wheel load signal, an engine rotating speed signal, an air pressure height signal, an atmospheric static temperature signal and an engine throttle angle signal to judge whether the engine exhaust temperature exceeds the corresponding alarm temperature or not in the current flight environment and the flight state; when the aircraft is in different flight environments and flight states, the exhaust temperature alarm threshold values of the engine are different. According to the processing scheme, different engine exhaust temperature alarm temperatures are designed according to different flight states and flight environments of the aircraft, and the alarm accuracy is improved.
