The invention discloses a device and a method for detecting horizontal deflection of an upper flange plate and vertical deflection of a web plate of a box girder, and relates to the technical field of crane detection. The first pointer is arranged on the first measuring frame to display the horizontal state or the vertical state of the first measuring frame; the first magnetic attraction block is arranged at the first end of the first measuring frame, and the first magnetic attraction block is used for being detachably and magnetically attracted to an upper flange plate of the box girder or a web plate of the box girder; the first scale bolt is used for being in threaded connection with the first measuring frame, and the first scale bolt penetrates through one end of the first measuring frame and is used for abutting against the box girder. By rotating the first scale bolt, the second end of the first measuring frame can move in the direction away from the upper flange plate of the box girder or the web of the box girder until the first pointer displays that the first measuring frame is in the horizontal state or the vertical state, the structure is simple, use is convenient and flexible, and the measuring precision is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种箱梁上翼缘板水平偏斜和腹板垂直偏斜的检测装置及方法,涉及起重机检测技术领域,包括:第一测量架、第一指示针、第一磁吸块、第一刻度螺栓,第一指示针设置于第一测量架上以显示第一测量架的水平状态或者竖直状态;第一磁吸块设置于第一测量架的第一端,且第一磁吸块用于与箱梁的上翼缘板或箱梁的腹板能够拆卸地磁性吸附;第一刻度螺栓用于与第一测量架螺纹连接,且第一刻度螺栓穿过第一测量架的一端用于与箱梁抵接,转动第一刻度螺栓能够使第一测量架的第二端向远离箱梁的上翼缘板或箱梁的腹板的方向移动直至第一指示针显示第一测量架位于水平状态或者竖直状态,结构简单,使用方便,灵活使用,有效提高测量精度。
