The invention relates to the technical field of rubber materials, in particular to a self-cleaning tire sidewall rubber composition and a preparation method thereof and a tire, and the self-cleaning tire sidewall rubber composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of environment-friendly natural rubber, 30-72 parts of modified white carbon black wet-process natural rubber, 2-5 parts of modified TPE, 2-4 parts of modified EVA and 5-9 parts of a self-cleaning softener. 2-8 parts of zinc oxide, 3-5 parts of stearic acid, 3-7 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-3 parts of an accelerant, 1-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 3-7 parts of activated non-polar metal pigment. According to the colored tire, the problem that an existing colored tire is prone to pollution in use, especially in rainy and snowy weather is solved, the possibility that the colored tire can be self-cleaned is achieved, and meanwhile the tire sidewall has better flex cracking resistance and higher strength and tear resistance.

    本发明涉及橡胶材料技术领域,尤其是一种自清洁轮胎胎侧橡胶组合物及其制备方法和轮胎,包括以下重量份数的原料:环保天然胶60‑80份,改性白炭黑湿法天然橡胶30‑72份,改性TPE2‑5份,改性EVA2‑4份,自洁软化剂5‑9份,氧化锌2‑8份、硬脂酸3‑5份、防老剂3‑7份、促进剂1‑3份、硫化剂1‑3份以及活化非极性金属颜料3‑7份。解决了目前彩色轮胎在使用中尤其是雨雪天气易污染的问题,实现了彩色轮胎可自清洁的可能性,同时使轮胎胎侧具有更好的耐屈挠龟裂性能,更高的强度和耐撕裂性能。
