The invention provides a low-impact pressing and releasing mechanism suitable for a solar wing. The low-impact pressing and releasing mechanism is used for solving the problem that a traditional pressing and releasing mechanism is large in impact. The mechanism comprises an initiating explosive device suspension module, a labyrinth type base module, an initiating explosive device and a pressing rod. The initiating explosive device suspension module comprises a suspension shell, an upper impact reduction ring, a lower impact reduction ring and a mounting groove; the labyrinth type base module comprises an initiating explosive device mounting seat, a labyrinth type alloy impact-reducing interlayer and a labyrinth type metal wire impact-reducing positioning sleeve; the labyrinth type base module is mounted on a star side plate through a fastener; the initiating explosive device is mounted in a mounting groove of the initiating explosive device suspension module; the initiating explosive device suspension module is mounted on the labyrinth type base module; the solar wing is pressed on the labyrinth type base module through the pressing rod. On one hand, the multi-material sandwich structure is adopted to reduce impact energy, and on the other hand, the labyrinth type base is adopted to increase the transmission path of the impact energy to reduce the impact energy.
