The invention discloses a discharge structure for replacing traditional inclined bottom discharge of a fuel oil tank and a design method of the discharge structure. A bottom plate of the fuel oil tank is designed into a horizontal plate, a discharge groove is formed in the bottom of the bottom plate of the fuel oil tank, and the whole discharge groove is contained in an isolation void cabin, so that the occupied space of the fuel oil tank in a cabin is reduced, and meanwhile, the discharge groove is formed in the bottom of the bottom plate of the fuel oil tank; meanwhile, oil residues at the bottom of the fuel oil tank can be accumulated in the discharging groove through swinging of the ship in the sailing process, smooth discharging of the oil residues at the bottom of the fuel oil tank is achieved, and the difficulty that workers enter the fuel oil tank to conduct overhauling and cleaning can be lowered.
本发明公开了一种替换燃油舱传统斜底泄放的泄放结构及其设计方法,本发明通过将燃油舱的底板设计成水平板,并在燃油舱的底板底部设置泄放槽,由于整个泄放槽容置于隔离空舱内,因此在减小燃油舱在机舱内的占用空间的同时,不会损失燃油舱的体积,同时也可利用船舶航行过程中的摇摆将燃油舱底部的油渣积累在泄放槽中,实现燃油舱底部油渣的顺利排出,也能降低工作人员进入燃油舱进行检修清洁的难度。
