The method comprises the following steps: fitting a water inlet function of a damaged cabin by effectively monitoring the damage condition of each cabin; performing data processing and analysis on the ship type overall performance data; and meanwhile, real-time analysis is carried out aiming at a moment balance formula of a ship body drift center, and the ballast water flow of a damaged cabin to a single-side sheet body is adjusted and controlled according to an obtained flow function, so that the ship is always in a leveling state or an optimal balance state, the damage stability of the ship is greatly enhanced, and the safety of the ship, equipment and personnel is improved.
