The third spiral spring assembly comprises an adjusting baffle movably connected with the second-stage ejector rod and a third spiral spring with the second end abutting against the adjusting baffle, the second-stage compression mechanism further comprises an adjusting stud with an adjusting part, an opening is formed in the second end of the shell, and an adjusting internal thread matched with the adjusting stud in a threaded mode is arranged on the inner side of the opening of the shell. The adjusting portion faces the opening so that the adjusting portion can be operated from the outside of the shell, the adjusting stud can be driven to rotate and axially move by operating the adjusting portion, the adjusting baffle axially moves along with the adjusting stud, and the compression amount of the third spiral spring is changed. Due to the fact that the adjusting part faces the opening, an operator can conveniently use an operation tool to apply acting force to the adjusting part externally for adjustment, and the pedal simulator does not need to be disassembled.

    本发明公开了一种易于调节的踏板模拟器,包括壳体以及安装于所述壳体内的一级压缩机构和二级压缩机构,二级压缩机构包括二级顶杆和第三螺旋弹簧组件,第三螺旋弹簧组件包括与二级顶杆活动连接的调节挡板以及第二端与调节挡板抵接的第三螺旋弹簧,二级压缩机构还包括具有调节部的调节螺柱,壳体的第二端设有开口,壳体在开口内侧设有与调节螺柱螺纹配合的调节内螺纹,调节部朝向开口以实现从壳体外部对调节部进行操作,通过对调节部的操作带动调节螺柱旋转和轴向移动,调节挡板跟随调节螺柱轴向移动,并改变第三螺旋弹簧的压缩量。由于调节部朝向开口,这样便于操作者使用操作工具在外部对调节部施加作用力,进行调节,而不需拆解踏板模拟器。
