The invention relates to the technical field of glass, in particular to a light-permeable multilayer film and a glass assembly comprising the same. The light-permeable multilayer film comprises a glass substrate, a textured polymer layer, a semi-reflective coating and a polymer surface layer, wherein the semi-reflective coating is located between the textured polymer layer and the polymer surface layer; the glass substrate is positioned on one side, deviating from the semi-reflective coating, of the textured polymer layer and is in contact with the textured polymer layer; each contact surface of the semi-reflective coating with the textured polymer layer and the polymer surface layer is textured and parallel to each other; the thickness of the glass base material ranges from 0.025 mm to 0.2 mm. The light-permeable multilayer film disclosed by the invention is rich in application scenes. The glass assembly containing the light-permeable multilayer film is low in potential cost, convenient and fast in preparation and assembly process and beneficial to large-scale marketization use.
