The invention provides a multilayer fuzzy estimation method for traffic capacity of a timing signal control intersection under a traffic event, belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic systems, and solves the problem that the traffic capacity of the timing signal control intersection under the traffic event is difficult to estimate in real time by adopting a fuzzy logic method. Firstly, entrance lane groups are divided, the traffic capacity of each entrance lane is estimated, and the influence of events on the saturation flow rate and the effective green light time under the condition of signal control is considered. Secondly, on the basis of historical literature data, driving simulation and microscopic simulation, factors of a traffic event influencing a saturation flow rate and an effective green time ratio are analyzed respectively, and various event influences are summarized into four main factors including a traffic event physical range, road condition changes, driver behavior changes and event occurrence positions and serve as model input; and the multi-layer fuzzy estimation method can be suitable for various event types. Furthermore, two fuzzy systems of saturation flow rate reduction and effective green time ratio reduction under the event are constructed from the common influence of the traffic event on the saturation flow rate and the effective green time ratio of each entrance lane, which is a source of the traffic event causing the reduction of the traffic capacity of the intersection, and a complex problem is converted into a multi-layer fuzzy problem. And finally, researching and introducing a fuzzy logic method, and estimating the common influence of a traffic event on the saturation flow rate and the effective green time ratio of each entrance lane through fuzzy rule reasoning, so as to realize traffic capacity estimation.

    本发明提供一种交通事件下定时信号控制交叉口通行能力多层模糊估计方法,属于智能交通系统技术领域,方法采用模糊逻辑方法来解决交通事件下定时信号控制交叉口通行能力难以实时估计的问题。首先,划分进口道组,估计每个进口道的通行能力,并考虑信号控制情况下,事件对饱和流率和有效绿灯时间的影响。其次,基于历史文献数据、驾驶模拟与微观仿真,分别分析了交通事件影响饱和流率和有效绿信比的因素,将多样的事件影响归纳为交通事件物理范围、道路条件变化、驾驶员行为变化、事件发生位置四项主要因素并作为模型输入,使多层模糊估计方法可以适用于多种事件类型。进而,从交通事件导致交叉口通行能力下降的源头——交通事件对各进口道饱和流率和有效绿信比的共同影响出发,构建了事件下饱和流率折减与有效绿信比折减两大模糊系统,将复杂问题转化为多层模糊问题。最后,研究引入模糊逻辑方法,通过模糊规则推理,估计交通事件对各进口道饱和流率和有效绿信比的共同影响,实现通行能力估计。
