The invention provides a rotation eliminating device suitable for external hanging of a helicopter. The rotation eliminating device comprises an upper shell, a lower shell, a center shaft, a twisted bolt, an O-shaped ring, a sliding bearing, a thrust roller bearing, a supporting ring, a hexagon nut, a first nut with a groove, a second nut with a groove and a flat washer. The end of the upper shell and the end of the lower shell are of a fork-shaped connector structure, one end of the center shaft is of a threaded structure, and the center shaft penetrates through a round hole structure in the bottom of the lower shell and is fixed to the threaded structure of the center shaft through a hexagon nut. The O-shaped ring is installed in a sealing ring groove of the lower shell between the center shaft and the lower shell, a thrust roller bearing and a sliding bearing are arranged in the axial direction and the radial direction of the center shaft and the lower shell respectively, and rotation of the center shaft relative to the lower shell under external hanging operation is achieved. According to the technical scheme, the friction force between parts rotating relatively can be effectively reduced, the rotation eliminating capacity of the rotation eliminating device is improved, and the friction torque of the rotation eliminating device is adjusted by adjusting the tightening degree of the hexagon nut.
本发明提供一种适用于直升机外吊挂的消旋装置,包括:上壳体、下壳体、中心轴、绞制螺栓、O形圈、滑动轴承、推力滚子轴承、支撑环、六角螺母、第一带槽螺母、第二带槽螺母和平垫圈。上壳体和下壳体的端部为叉形接头结构,中心轴的一端为螺纹结构,中心轴从下壳体底部的圆孔结构穿过,通过六角螺母与中心轴的螺纹结构进行固定;O形圈安装在中心轴和下壳体之间下壳体的密封圈沟槽中,中心轴和下壳体的轴向和径向分别设置推力滚子轴承、滑动轴承,实现外吊挂作业下中心轴相对下壳体的转动。本发明技术方案,能够有效减小相对转动的零部件之间的摩擦力,提高消旋装置消旋能力,通过调整六角螺母的拧紧程度,实现消旋装置摩擦扭矩的调整。
