The sail can rotate around the sail shaft, the front wing shaft is located on the front side of the sail, the front wing can rotate around the front wing shaft, and the front wing driving piece is used for driving the front wing shaft to rotate around the front wing shaft to a target angle, so that the attack angle of the sail is increased. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the sail mechanism improves the attack angle of the sail by rotating the fixed deflection angle given by the front wing, and the navigational speed of navigation equipment can be improved; the front wing is deflected through the front wing driving piece, a servo machine on a sail shaft is omitted, and the loading capacity of navigation equipment is improved; the sail with the front wings can form vortex airflow on the side face of the sail, the vortex airflow flows close to the leeside of the sail, the separation point of the airflow and the sail face is delayed, and the forward thrust of the sail is improved while resistance is reduced.
