The invention discloses a deck longitudinal closure seam welding method and a deck reinforcing structure, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1, flat-bulb steel and a T beam are welded on a deck section and a to-be-closed section, and the flat-bulb steel is not welded on a port of the longitudinal closure seam; 2, a reinforcing piece is welded to a longitudinal folding seam port of the deck section, the end face of the reinforcing piece extends out of the deck section, and the transverse width of the reinforcing piece can be connected with the deck section and the section to be folded; 3, when the segments are folded, the end faces of the reinforcers are used as gaskets of folding seams for welding, and the segments to be folded are in lap joint with the extending end faces of the reinforcers; and 4, after lap welding is completed, the folding seam and the reinforcing piece are welded. The reinforcing structure is adopted to replace traditional flat-bulb steel, the welding joints of the longitudinal closure seams of the sheet deck are reinforced, the welding procedure and process of the longitudinal closure seams are improved, installation and fire operation of reinforcing materials are reduced, and deformation in segmented construction is effectively controlled.
本发明公开了一种甲板纵向合拢缝的焊接方法及甲板加强结构,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、在甲板分段和待合拢分段上焊接球扁钢和T梁,其中,纵向合拢缝端口不焊接球扁钢;步骤2、在甲板分段纵向合拢缝端口处焊接加强件,加强件端面伸出甲板分段,其横向宽度可连接甲板分段和待合拢分段;步骤3、分段合拢时,以加强件端面作为合拢缝的衬垫进行焊接,将待合拢分段与加强件伸出端面进行搭接;步骤4、搭接焊完成后,对合拢缝和加强件进行焊接。本发明通过采用加强结构代替传统球扁钢,加强薄板甲板纵向合拢缝的焊接节点,改进了纵向合拢缝的焊接工序和工艺,减少加强材的安装和动火作业,有效控制分段建造中的变形。
