The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging strategy generation method considering carbon emission and a related device, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the segmentation processing of the charging and discharging time of an electric vehicle according to the charging and discharging parameters of the electric vehicle, and obtaining a discrete time period; constructing an electric vehicle charging income model based on the discrete time period and the charging and discharging power; constructing a light storage charging system model according to the electric vehicle charging income model, the power grid basic model and the carbon emission cost model; the light storage charging system model comprises a plurality of constraint conditions, and the constraint conditions comprise a power balance constraint, an energy storage related constraint, a photovoltaic unit output constraint, a transmission power constraint, an electric vehicle charging and discharging constraint and an electric vehicle battery power constraint; and solving the light storage charging system model based on the constraint condition to obtain a target electric vehicle charging strategy. The technical problem that in the prior art, improper assumption exists in the charging process of the electric vehicle, and the influence of carbon emission is not considered, so that the generated charging strategy is lack of accuracy and reliability can be solved.
