The invention discloses a loosely coupled intelligent network connection road side system, device and method. The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic systems (ITS). The sensing module is responsible for sensing and monitoring road traffic conditions in real time, including information of vehicles, pedestrians, road conditions and the like. And the calculation module is responsible for processing the data collected by the sensing module and carrying out real-time analysis and decision making. According to the invention, different functional modules are connected through the local area network networking module, so that loose coupling between the modules is realized. According to the design, each module can be flexibly replaced, upgraded or deleted, so that different modules can be flexibly deployed according to the requirements of an actual roadside traffic scene. For example, in an area with large traffic flow, the number of the sensing modules can be increased or the calculation modules can be upgraded to improve the data processing capacity. The flexibility and expandability not only improve the applicability of the system, but also help to prolong the service life of the system.
