The multi-motor synchronous control lifting device comprises a horizontally-arranged mounting table, anti-skid supporting legs are arranged at the bottom of the mounting table, and a controller and four motor driving lifting mechanisms arranged in a rectangular array are arranged on the mounting table; the controller sends speed or position signal instructions to the four brushless direct current motors, the four brushless direct current motors synchronously move to output rotating speed or position information after receiving the instructions so as to drive the worm gear lead screw lifter and the lead screw to rotate to enable the lifting nuts to move up and down, and the workbench synchronously ascends and descends along with the four lifting nuts. The problems that when a single motor is adopted, the required power of equipment is large, the size is large, the stability is poor, the voltage is high, the design difficulty of a motor controller is large, the requirement for a semiconductor power device in driving is high, and the production cost is high are solved. The size of equipment can be reduced, the freedom degree of the lifting device can be improved, transmission mechanisms such as gears and belts are omitted, and the motor power and efficiency of the lifting device can be improved.
本发明公开了多电机同步控制升降装置,包括水平设置的安装台,安装台底部设有防滑支腿,安装台上设有控制器和呈矩形阵列布置的四组电机驱动升降机构;控制器向四个无刷直流电机发送速度或者位置信号指令,四个无刷直流电机收到指令后同步运动输出转速或位置信息,来驱动蜗轮丝杆升降机,丝杆旋转使升降螺母上下移动,工作台随着四个升降螺母同步升降。本发明解决了采用单电机时设备所需功率大、体积大、稳定性差、电压高,而且电机控制器的设计难度大,驱动中半导体功率器件要求高,生产成本大的问题。本发明可以减小设备的体积和提高升降机装置的自由度,取消传动机构比如齿轮、皮带等,可以提高升降装置的电机功率和效率。
