The lifting method comprises the steps that a lifting signal of an electric control reversing valve in the lifting system and an air pressure signal of an air pressure sensor are obtained, and whether a lifting object is in a lifting in-place state or not is detected according to the lifting signal and the air pressure signal. Therefore, whether the lifting object carries out lifting motion or not can be determined according to the lifting signal of the electric control reversing valve, whether high-pressure gas flows or not is judged according to the air pressure value detected by the air pressure sensor, the air pressure value serves as the basis of lifting in-place detection, and a proximity switch does not need to be installed for lifting in-place detection; and the problem that the detection result is affected due to damage of the proximity switch is avoided, and then the lifting in-place detection accuracy is improved.
