The invention discloses a double-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle which is mainly used for countering an unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a vehicle body, the vehicle body comprises a vehicle body upper portion, a vehicle body lower portion and an inclination device, the vehicle body upper portion is connected with the vehicle body lower portion through the inclination device, and a power device is installed on the vehicle body upper portion and comprises an upper rotor wing fixing piece, a lower rotor wing fixing piece, a paddle overturning device, a folding device, paddles and a rotor wing motor. The rotor wing fixing pieces are connected with the blades through the blade turnover devices and the folding devices, the blade turnover devices comprise non-contact gears, the pitch angles of the blades are controlled through electromagnetic gears and different magnetic gear rings, the double-rotor-wing unmanned aerial vehicle further comprises folding wings, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can be switched to a level flight state from a rotary flight state through the folding wings and the blade turnover devices. The double-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle can vertically take off and land through the rotors, the flight attitude is changed through the paddle rotating device, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is countered by utilizing the thrust of the paddles and the gravity of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
