The invention discloses a ship deck cross beam design method based on the idea of improving floor height, which comprises the following steps: S1, primarily designing a deck cross beam, and designing a deck according to a corresponding ship structure design method without considering the perforation conditions of pipelines and cables; s2, for a pipeline or a cable which is arranged below a deck cross beam and affects the floor height, according to the principle that holes are formed in a beam in the specification, the beam penetrating of the pipeline or the cable is judged, if the holes meet the specification requirement, holes are directly formed in the deck cross beam, and corresponding reinforcement is conducted according to the specification requirement; if the perforation does not meet the standard requirement, considering the feasibility of centralizing or flattening the pipeline and/or the cable to improve the arrangement scheme; if the requirements cannot be met after arrangement improvement, considering the local optimization design of the cross beam containing the holes based on the concept of improving the floor height; and S3, carrying out local optimization design on the cross beam containing the holes based on the idea of improving the floor height, wherein the kidney-shaped round holes need to meet the design requirements. On the premise of ensuring the strength of the deck, the available layer height of the cabin and the channel is increased.

    本发明公开了一种基于改善层高理念的船舶甲板横梁设计方法,包括:S1、甲板横梁初步设计,不考虑管路、电缆的穿孔情况,按照相应船体结构设计方法进行甲板设计;S2、对于布置在甲板横梁下方、影响层高的管路或电缆,根据规范中梁上开孔原则,对管路或电缆穿梁进行判断:若穿孔符合规范要求,则在甲板横梁上直接开孔并按规范要求进行相应加强;若穿孔不符合规范要求,则考虑将管路和/或电缆集中化或扁平化改善布置方案的可行性;若改善布置后仍无法满足要求,则考虑基于改善层高理念的含开孔横梁局部优化设计;S3、基于改善层高理念的含开孔横梁局部优化设计,腰圆孔需满足设计要求。本发明保证甲板强度前提下,增加了舱室与通道的可用层高。
