The invention discloses an automobile brake control double-layer optimization method based on slip rate and energy consumption, and the method comprises the following steps: constructing an automobile brake control double-layer optimization model based on an automobile dynamics model, specifically, constructing an upper-layer slip rate optimization module; constructing a lower-layer energy consumption optimization module; solving the double-layer optimization model to obtain the optimal slip rate and the minimum energy consumption of automobile brake control, specifically, determining a slip rate search range through a bipartite antenna search algorithm, and obtaining an exploration slip rate; the exploration slip rate is input to a lower-layer energy consumption optimization module, the minimum energy consumption of the automobile is solved through a convex optimization solver, the optimal output torque of the automobile is obtained according to the minimum energy consumption, and the friction force under the optimal output torque of the automobile is calculated and transmitted back to the upper-layer slip rate optimization module to serve as an exploration parameter index; and iterative solution is carried out through a bipartite antenna search algorithm, and the optimal slip rate of automobile brake control is obtained. The whole braking performance, safety and economical efficiency of the automobile can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于滑移率和能耗的汽车制动控制双层优化方法,包括如下步骤:基于汽车动力学模型,构建汽车制动控制的双层优化模型,具体为:构建上层滑移率优化模块;构建下层能耗优化模块;求解双层优化模型,获得汽车制动控制的最优滑移率和最小能耗,具体为:通过二分天线搜索算法确定滑移率搜索范围,获得探索滑移率;将探索滑移率输入至下层能耗优化模块,通过凸优化求解器求解汽车的最小能耗,依据所述最小能耗得到汽车最优输出转矩,计算汽车最优输出转矩下的摩擦力传回至上层滑移率优化模块中作为探索参数指标;再由二分天线搜索算法迭代求解,获得汽车制动控制的最优滑移率。本发明能够有效的提升汽车的整体制动性能、安全性和经济性。
