The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle control, and discloses a battery heating control circuit, method and device, and the circuit comprises a VCU control module, a heating loop module comprising an MOSFET tube, and a charging loop module. The input end of the VCU control module is connected with the power module, the first output end of the VCU control module is connected with the input end of the MOSFET, the output end of the MOSFET is connected with the charging loop module, and the other end of the heating loop module is connected with the second output end of the VCU control module and the charging loop module. When the MOSFET tube is in a failure mode, the VCU control module can disconnect the power supply module. The heating loop module is controlled through the MOSFET tube, and meanwhile, the VCU control module is multiplexed, so that the heating loop can be disconnected in time under the condition of relay adhesion or overcurrent, the condition that the heating loop is difficult to disconnect is avoided, and the safety of the heating process is improved.
