According to the scheme disclosed by the invention, the target reverse compensation torque is determined according to the VCU request torque change rate and the motor rotating speed change rate, and the target reverse compensation torque opposite to the motor rotating speed fluctuation direction is applied to the motor, so that the motor rotating speed fluctuation is pulled back, the motor rotating speed fluctuation is reduced, and impact energy caused by reverse tooth leaning and vehicle inertia is buffered; and the problems of whole vehicle impact and abnormal sound caused by zero passage of motor torque are solved.
