The invention discloses a battery management method and device, a storage medium and a program product, the battery management device comprises a computing system and a battery management system, the battery management system comprises a power supply battery, a battery management chip and a field effect transistor, and the battery management chip is integrated with a single-chip microcomputer, a driving chip and a monitoring chip. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a power supply battery is charged and discharged, a battery management system obtains charging and discharging state data of the power supply battery through a monitoring chip; the charging and discharging state data of the power supply battery at least comprises one of the current of the power supply battery, the cell voltage of the power supply battery and the battery capacity of the power supply battery; the battery management system sends charging and discharging state data of the power supply battery to the calculation system through the single chip microcomputer; under the condition that the charging and discharging state data of the power supply battery meets a preset control condition, the calculation system sends a control instruction to the battery management system; and the battery management system responds to the control instruction and closes the field effect transistor through the driving chip.
