The invention relates to an SOC (state of charge) compensation method for a 12V lithium battery in dormancy. Belongs to the technical field of 12V lithium batteries. The problem that the SOC of an existing 12V lithium battery is lowered to influence normal starting of a vehicle when a storage battery system is dormant is mainly solved. The system is mainly characterized by comprising a control system and an execution system, wherein the control system comprises a lithium battery controller LBM, a real-time clock RTC, an EEPROM and a vehicle control unit VCU; the lithium battery controller LBM normally sleeps; after dormancy, the real-time clock RTC is automatically awakened once every set time; the LBM detects a current value through a current sensor; carrying out ampere-hour integration, converting the ampere-hour integration into SOC, and storing the SOC in an EEPROM; the SOC consumed in the dormancy period is compensated, and a new SOC is obtained; and if the SOC is lower than the vehicle starting threshold value, charging is carried out. The method has the characteristic of charging when the SOC of the 12V lithium battery is reduced to influence the normal start of the vehicle, and is mainly used for detecting the SOC of the 12V lithium battery of the hybrid vehicle when the 12V lithium battery is consumed to influence the normal start of the vehicle in a dormant state.

    本发明为一种12V锂电池休眠下SOC补偿方法。属于12V锂电池技术领域。它主要是解决现有12V锂电池在蓄电池系统休眠下SOC变低至影响车辆正常启动的问题。它的主要特征是:包含控制系统和执行系统,控制系统包括锂电池控制器LBM、实时时钟RTC、EEPROM和整车控制器VCU;锂电池控制器LBM正常进行休眠;休眠后每隔设定时间实时时钟RTC自唤醒一次;LBM通过电流传感器检测电流值;进行安时积分,转换为SOC,并存储到EEPROM中;将休眠期间所消耗的SOC进行补偿,得到一个新的SOC;如果SOC低于车辆启动阈值,进行补电。本发明具有当12V锂电池发生SOC变低至影响车辆正常启动时,可进行补电的特点,主要用于混动汽车12V锂电池在休眠下自身消耗至影响车辆正常启动的SOC检测。
