The invention relates to the technical field of large-scale motor installation, in particular to a large-scale main motor split entering and core penetrating method, which is characterized in that a temporary platform is arranged outside a motor span, and then a motor part slides towards the inside of the span from the upper part of the platform, so that the problems that the conventional large-scale motor part is difficult to unload and place and the core penetrating difficulty is relatively high are solved. A hydraulic crane, a portal frame and a crown block are used for converting hoisting, a rotor and a stator are subjected to translation, hoisting and core penetrating, in the whole process, two hoisting devices act jointly, loads are shared, and the problem that a hoisted object exceeds the rated upper limit of hoisting equipment and cannot be hoisted directly is effectively solved; the problem that hoisting and mounting are difficult under the extremely harsh limited space condition is solved; the whole construction process is simple and fast, and the construction efficiency is high.

    本发明涉及大型电机安装技术领域,具体是一种大型主电机分体进场穿芯的方法,在电机跨外设置临时平台,再由平台上方将电机部件向跨内滑移,解决了以往大型电机部件难以卸载摆放和穿芯难度较大的问题,利用液压吊、龙门架和天车转换吊装,对转子与定子进行平移、抬吊、穿芯,整个过程中均同时存在两个吊装设备共同作用,分担载重,有效的解决吊装物超出起重设备额定上限无法直接吊装的问题,同时,克服了极其苛刻的受限空间条件下难以吊运、安装的问题;整个施工过程简单、快捷,施工效率较高。
