The invention discloses a three-component hinge moment wind tunnel balance for measuring the aerodynamic load of a control surface of an aircraft. The three-component hinge moment wind tunnel balance can accurately measure the normal force, the rolling moment and the hinge moment of the control surface. Different from an integrated design structure of a conventional control surface balance, the control surface balance adopts a cross beam structure, adopts a split design with a control surface, and can be divided into three parts, namely a central entity, an outer frame entity and a cross beam. The center of the center solid body is designed to be a round hole or a taper hole used for being connected with a rudder shaft, the cross beam is divided into a measuring beam and a non-measuring beam, a through groove is machined in the outer frame at the joint of the non-measuring beam and the outer frame, and the joint of the non-measuring beam and the outer frame is a sheet. The outer frame entity is connected with an aircraft projectile body. The wind tunnel balance has the characteristics of high universality, high replaceability and the like, can be used on different aircraft models, and can greatly reduce the test cost compared with a control surface balance integrated design structure.

    本发明公开了一种用于测量飞行器舵面气动载荷的三分量铰链力矩风洞天平,能够实现舵面法向力、滚转力矩和铰链力矩的精准测量。不同于常规的舵面天平一体式设计结构,其采用十字梁结构,与舵面分体式设计,可分为三部分:中心实体、外框实体和十字梁。中心实体的中心设计成圆孔或锥孔,用于连接舵轴,十字梁分为测量梁和非测量梁,非测量梁与外框连接处,在外框上加工有通槽,使其连接处为一薄片。外框实体与飞行器弹体连接。该风洞天平具有通用性强、可换性强等特点,能够在不同的飞行器模型上使用,相比舵面天平一体式设计结构,可以极大的降低试验成本。
