The invention provides a telescopic boom system and engineering machinery. The telescopic boom system and the engineering machinery can obtain distance measuring information of a non-contact distance measuring instrument; determining a current arm section of the current telescopic arm according to the distance measurement information; and under the condition that the current arm section is determined to be the appointed arm section, controlling a telescopic mechanism to drive an arm pin of the current telescopic arm to stretch out and draw back according to the telescopic instruction of the arm frame, so that the current telescopic arm and the adjacent telescopic arm are locked or unlocked. According to the invention, the distance between the arm section detection structures on the telescopic arm is detected through non-contact distance measurement and the non-contact distance meter of the telescopic mechanism, the telescopic mechanism and the telescopic arm are associated, and the current arm section of the current telescopic arm is determined through the distance value, so that the contact induction of an induction block and a coding block in the prior art is replaced; the condition of detection failure caused by rough surfaces of the sensing block and the coding block, existence of oil stain pollutants, unreasonable chamfer design and the like can be avoided, the accuracy and the stability of arm section identification of the telescopic arm support system can be ensured, and the safety of the telescopic process of the telescopic arm support system is improved.

    本发明提供一种伸缩臂架系统和工程机械,能获取非接触测距仪的测距信息;根据测距信息确定当前伸缩臂的当前臂节;确定当前臂节为指定臂节的情况下,根据臂架伸缩指令控制伸缩机构驱动当前伸缩臂的臂销伸缩,使当前伸缩臂和相邻的伸缩臂锁定或解锁。本发明通过非接触式的测距,伸缩机构的非接触测距仪检测伸缩臂上的臂节检测结构之间的距离,将伸缩机构和伸缩臂之间关联起来,通过距离值来确定当前伸缩臂的当前臂节,取代了现有技术中感应块与编码块的接触感应,能避免因感应块与编码块表面粗糙、存在油渍污染物、倒角设计不合理等问题导致检测失效的情况,能确保伸缩臂架系统臂节识别的精确性和稳定性,提高了伸缩臂架系统伸缩过程的安全性。
