    本发明公开了一种海上风电起重船吊机结构短周期自动检测装置,包括外壳、弹性组件和检测组件。弹性组件中设有一固定件,检测组件中设有固定架、限位件和保持件。该海上风电起重船吊机结构短周期自动检测装置采用三处弹性件结构对拉动杆保持最大拉力,在保持最大拉力的同时实现吊机的最大载荷,可以吊起在三处弹性件承载弹力范围内的物品,吊起的同时实现弹性件压缩。当弹性件被压缩最大值后,活动层板便会推动保持件下移,使得第一接触头和第二接触头分开,从而起到报警的效果,实现每次起吊时均会实现自动检测物品的重量,保证了吊机可以在安全范围内起吊物品,也能够保护吊机,延长吊机的使用寿命,避免了事故的发生。
