The hoisting tool is suitable for accurate and safe hoisting in the surfacing process of the corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium alloy material of the piston head of the large-cylinder-diameter diesel engine by adopting a welding robot, so that high-efficiency batch production is facilitated; and the piston head can be conveniently and safely lifted by a lifting worker, and the piston head is prevented from falling off in the process of using a magnet to lift due to overhigh surfacing temperature.
