The flexible lifting point light-weight lifting device is composed of a front-section lifting frame, a rear-section lifting frame and a middle-section lifting frame which are of the same structure, the front-section lifting frame, the middle-section lifting frame and the rear-section lifting frame are sequentially connected through butt joint plates, each of the three sections of lifting frames is provided with a #-shaped main body, and the #-shaped main body is formed by fixing two transverse beams and two longitudinal beams in a transverse and longitudinal crossing mode. The body is made of seamless steel tubes. The transverse beams are provided with a plurality of penetrating hanging rings and non-slip backstops, inclined beams are reinforced on the longitudinal beams, included angles are formed between the inclined beams and the longitudinal beams, and inclined struts are reinforced on the inclined beams. The seamless steel pipe structure is adopted, the self weight is obviously reduced compared with an I-beam structure, the seamless steel pipe structure is cut into the head section, the middle section and the tail section which are basically equal in length in the length direction, and the three-section integrated longest state can be assembled through butt joint plates and bolts at the joints of the sections, or the middle section is removed, and only the three-section integrated longest state is assembled in the end-to-end connected short state; and the device can adapt to hoisting construction of pipe units with different sizes.

    一种灵活吊点轻量化吊装装置及吊装方法,由结构相同的前段吊架和后段吊架、及中段吊架组成,前段吊吊架、中段吊架、后段吊架依次通过对接板连接,三段吊架均带有井字型主体,井字型主体由两个横向梁和两个纵向梁横纵交叉固定形成,主体由无缝钢管制成。横向梁上设置有多个贯穿吊环和止滑止挡,纵向梁上均加固有斜梁,斜梁与纵向梁形成夹角,斜梁上加固有斜撑。本发明采用无缝钢管结构,较工字梁结构明显减轻自重,在长度方向截断为基本等长的首中尾三段,通过各段连接处的对接板、螺栓,可组装成三段一体的最长状态,或去掉中段,仅组装成首尾相连的较短状态,能适应不同大小尺寸的管单元吊装施工。
