The invention discloses a mine vertical shaft round tail rope rotation flexibility identification method comprising the following steps: 1, installing a round tail rope rotation angle monitoring system comprising a visual sensor, a texture label, a background plate and a computer; 2, the axis of the round tail rope is positioned, wherein a visual sensor shoots a round tail rope image containing a texture label template image and uploads the round tail rope image to a computer; the computer identifies the boundary of the round tail rope to obtain the axis position of the round tail rope. And step 3, rotation measurement: according to the geometrical relationship between the texture change and the rotation angle and the position of the axis of the round tail rope, rotation parameters of the round tail rope around the axis are calculated, and the rotation parameters comprise the rotation angle and the number of rotation turns. The change of the captured texture label pasted on the surface of the round tail rope is mapped into the rotation angle change of the tail rope through the visual sensor, non-contact evaluation of the rotation flexibility of the tail rope is achieved, the monitoring performance is good, the safety performance is high, therefore, tail rope faults and the like can be avoided, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了矿山立井圆尾绳转动灵活度识别方法,包括步骤1、安装圆尾绳转角监测系统,其包括视觉传感器、纹理标签、背景板和计算机。步骤2、圆尾绳轴线定位:视觉传感器拍摄包含纹理标签模板图像的圆尾绳图像并上传计算机;计算机识别圆尾绳边界,获得圆尾绳轴线位置。步骤3、转动测量:根据纹理变化与转动角度的几何关系,以及圆尾绳轴线位置,计算得到圆尾绳绕轴线的旋转参数,其包括转动角度和转动圈数。本发明通过视觉传感器对捕获的粘贴于圆尾绳表面的纹理标签的变化映射为尾绳的转动角度变化,实现尾绳转动灵活度的非接触式评估,监测性能好,安全性能高,从而能避免尾绳故障等的发生、降低维修成本。
