The lifting cage can stay on any floor and is used for conveying building materials and personnel; the elevator mechanism is connected with the top mold, synchronous lifting of the elevator mechanism is achieved when the top mold is jacked, and independent section adding lifting is not needed for manual high-altitude operation; the cage is designed in an elevator shaft of a building and can directly reach a top floor of current construction operation, so that vertical transportation of personnel and building materials is facilitated; and the continuity of external facade construction and an external protection frame body of the building is not influenced.
