The scheduling method comprises the steps that historical operation data of a plurality of elevators in an elevator group are obtained; for each elevator, extracting a first characteristic value representing the loss degree of the elevator in the stopping process of each floor and a second characteristic value representing the loss degree of the elevator in the operation process from the historical operation data; the loss degree of the elevator stopping on each floor is calculated based on the first characteristic value and serves as the floor loss degree; calculating the comprehensive loss degree of the elevator based on the floor loss degree of each floor and the second characteristic value; and when an outer call is received, elevator group scheduling is carried out based on the comprehensive loss degree and the floor loss degree, so that the loss degree of each elevator is balanced. When the elevators in the elevator group are dispatched to respond to the outer call of a certain floor, dispatching can be carried out by combining the comprehensive loss degree and the floor loss degree, so that the overall loss degrees of different elevators tend to be consistent, and large service life deviation of different elevators in a building is avoided.
本发明公开了一种调度方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质,包括:先获取电梯组中多台电梯的历史运行数据;针对每台电梯,从历史运行数据中提取表示电梯在每个楼层停靠过程中导致的损耗度的第一特征值、表示电梯在运行过程中导致的损耗度的第二特征值;基于第一特征值计算电梯在每个楼层停靠时的损耗度,作为楼层损耗度;基于每个楼层的楼层损耗度和第二特征值计算电梯的综合损耗度;在接收到外召时,基于综合损耗度和楼层损耗度进行电梯群调度,以使得每台电梯的损耗度均衡。在调度电梯组中的电梯来响应某一楼层的外召时,可以结合综合损耗度和楼层损耗度来进行调度,使得不同电梯的整体损耗度趋于一致,避免一栋楼中的不同电梯出现较大的寿命偏差。
