The invention provides an integrated double-cavity master cylinder, a redundant hydraulic brake system and a vehicle, the integrated double-cavity master cylinder comprises a brake master cylinder and a pedal simulation module, and the brake master cylinder comprises a first cavity, a second cavity, a first piston and a second piston; the pedal simulation module comprises a first isolation valve and a damping unit, the first end of the first isolation valve is connected with the second cavity, the second end of the first isolation valve is connected with the liquid storage tank, the first isolation valve is powered on, the damping unit is arranged between the first piston and the second piston, and the damping unit is used for providing damping force. According to the integrated double-cavity master cylinder, the redundant hydraulic brake system and the vehicle, the pedal simulation module is integrated in the double-cavity structure brake master cylinder, so that pedal feeling simulation can be continuously provided by using the damping unit under the condition that the first isolation valve is electrified; therefore, the braking system can achieve excellent braking experience under multiple working conditions, better braking foot feeling is provided, and the use requirement is met.
