The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a control method and device for low-temperature starting of a vehicle fuel cell, a vehicle and a medium, and the method comprises the steps that the actual temperature of the current environment of the vehicle is collected; under the condition that the actual temperature is smaller than a preset low-temperature threshold value, the vehicle is controlled to enter a fuel cell low-temperature starting mode, and a low-temperature interval corresponding to the actual temperature is matched; and determining a corresponding target fuel cell low-temperature starting strategy according to the low-temperature interval, and controlling fuel cell low-temperature starting of the vehicle according to the target fuel cell low-temperature starting strategy. According to the embodiment of the invention, when the actual temperature of the environment is smaller than the low-temperature threshold value, the low-temperature interval corresponding to the actual temperature can be matched to determine the corresponding target fuel cell low-temperature starting strategy according to the low-temperature interval, so that the fuel cell low-temperature starting of the vehicle is controlled, the applicability of the fuel cell low-temperature cold starting is improved, and the vehicle safety is improved. The cold start requirements of various low-temperature environments are met, and the car using experience of a user in winter is improved.
