The method comprises the steps of obtaining battery remaining capacity information, and judging whether a battery needs to be charged or not; if so, acquiring battery temperature information, judging whether the battery temperature is within a suitable temperature range for quick charging, if not, acquiring vehicle position information, predicting first prediction time when the vehicle runs to a charging place, and adjusting the battery temperature through a battery heat management module before the vehicle reaches the charging place; and the temperature of the battery is kept in a temperature range suitable for fast charging. According to the predicted time when the vehicle travels to the charging place, the vehicle end battery heat management module can be controlled to adjust the battery temperature before the vehicle arrives at the charging place, so that the battery can be quickly charged immediately when the vehicle arrives at the charging place, the temperature adjusting time when the battery is quickly charged is shortened, and the charging efficiency is improved. The utilization rate of the fast-charging battery is improved.
本发明公开了一种纯电动商用车快充电池热管理预处理办法及系统,属于动力快充电池热管理技术领域。该方法包括:获取电池剩余电量信息,判断电池是否需要进行充电;若需要,则获取电池温度信息,判断电池温度是否在快充适宜温度范围内,若不在,则获取车辆位置信息,预测车辆行驶至充电地点的第一预测时间,在车辆到达充电地点前通过电池热管理模块对电池温度进行调节,将电池温度保持在快充适宜温度范围内。本发明中根据预测出的车辆行驶至充电地点的时间,可控制车端电池热管理模块在车辆到达充电地点前对电池温度进行调节,从而在车辆到达充电地点时能对电池立刻进行快速充电,缩短电池进行快速充电时的温度调节时间,提高快充电池的利用率。
