The lock base is provided with an opening and a cavity extending from the opening, and the opening is used for allowing a lock shaft installed on the battery pack to enter the cavity; and the lock tongue can rotate relative to the lock base so as to change between an unlocking state and a locking state, and prevents the lock shaft from leaving the cavity from the opening in the locking state. The rotating center of the spring bolt relative to the lock base is a rotating center, and when the spring bolt is in a locking state, the rotating center is higher than the axis of the lock shaft. The rotating center of the lock tongue is higher than the axis of the lock shaft, the acting force can cause the lock tongue to have the trend of rotating downwards, namely the trend of rotating towards the locking direction, then the locking stability of the lock shaft in the lock base is improved, and the situation that the lock shaft is converted into the unlocking state due to the fact that the lock tongue rotates upwards is prevented. Therefore, even in a bumpy state, the locking mechanism is not easy to automatically unlock, and the fixing reliability of the battery pack is favorably improved.
本发明公开了一种锁止机构、锁止组件、快换支架组件及电动汽车。锁止机构包括有:锁基座,具有开口以及自开口延伸的空腔,开口用于供安装于电池包的锁轴进入空腔;锁舌,能够相对于锁基座旋转以在解锁状态以及锁止状态之间变化,并在锁止状态下阻止锁轴从开口离开空腔。锁舌相对于锁基座旋转的中心为旋转中心,当锁舌处于锁止状态时,旋转中心高于锁轴的轴心。锁舌的旋转中心高于锁轴的轴心,该作用力会导致锁舌具有向下转动的趋势,即向锁止方向转动的趋势,进而提高锁轴在锁基座内锁止的稳定性,防止因锁舌向上转动使得锁轴转换为解锁状态。因此,即使在颠簸的状态下,锁止机构也不容易自动解锁,有利于提高电池包固定的可靠性。
