The charging method comprises the following steps: when the current monitoring temperature of a target charging gun is greater than or equal to a first temperature threshold value, controlling a first channel corresponding to a first bidirectional stop valve to be opened, and when the current monitoring temperature of the target charging gun is greater than or equal to a second temperature threshold value, controlling a second channel corresponding to a second bidirectional stop valve to be closed; and cooling liquid flows to the second channel through the first channel corresponding to the first two-way stop valve. According to the mode, on the premise that extra cost is not increased, the charging pile is cooled through liquid cooling, then the temperature of the charging pile is reduced, and the problem that the charging speed is reduced due to the fact that the temperature of the charging pile is high and current limiting is achieved is solved.
