The second power output end and the DC/DC converter are used for supplying power to the forklift power system and the battery management system respectively, direct self-power-taking from the power battery pack is achieved, the situation that a lead-acid battery is used for supplying power to the battery management system is avoided, and the problems that the lead-acid battery is long in charging time, serious in self power consumption and not prone to environmental protection are solved.
本发明公开了一种叉车动力电池系统和叉车动力电池包,该系统包括:动力电池组连接有相互并联的第一电源输出端和第二电源输出端,DC/DC转换器的输入端以及输出端分别与第一电源输出端和电池管理系统连接,第二电源输出端用于对叉车动力系统供电;动力电池组用于输出初始电压信号;DC/DC转换器用于将初始电压信号进行降压处理后,输出目标电压信号为电池管理系统进行供电。本发明通过第二电源输出端和DC/DC转换器分别对叉车动力系统和电池管理系统供电,实现了直接从动力电池组自取电,避免了利用铅酸电池给电池管理系统进行供电,解决了铅酸电池充电时间长,自耗电严重和不易环保的问题。
