The invention provides a torque control system and method of an electric drive system, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that position information of a to-be-detected automobile pedal and the to-be-detected running speed are obtained; according to the method, a pedal position value interval and a driving speed value interval are found in an output torque curing table constructed in advance through position information of a to-be-detected automobile pedal and a to-be-detected driving speed, and interpolation operation is carried out based on the pedal position value interval and the driving speed value interval, so that an instantaneous working condition output torque is obtained; the interpolation operation can improve the resolution and accuracy of the table data, and enables the output torque value to be closer to the real demand, thereby achieving the accurate estimation of the torque output quantity of the electric drive system, improving the output precision under the transient condition, precisely controlling the torque output of the electric drive system, and improving the reliability of the electric drive system. And the control module can more accurately respond to the intention of the driver and the actual state of the vehicle.

    本申请提出的一种电驱动系统的扭矩控制系统、方法、车载终端及车辆,该方法包括:通过获取待检测汽车踏板的位置信息和待检测行驶车速,通过待检测汽车踏板的位置信息和待检测行驶车速在提前构建的输出扭矩固化表查找出踏板位置取值区间和行驶速度取值区间,并基于踏板位置取值区间和行驶速度取值区间进行插值运算,从而得到瞬时工况输出扭矩,插值运算可以提高表格数据的分辨率和准确性,使得输出的扭矩值更加接近真实的需求,从而实现对电驱动系统扭矩输出量的准确估计,提高瞬态工况下的输出精度,精准的控制电驱动系统的扭矩输出,使得控制模块能够更加精确地响应驾驶员的意图和车辆的实际状态。
